Introspection is a curation of poetry and journal prompts about self love, relationships, body image, heartbreak, feminism and self exploration.

Comprised of three chapters; The Surrender, The Healing & The Expansion, this book has been written to help you find your power through relatable sentiments and to inspire self healing through deep introspection and unconditional self love.

As I share my story, I wish to give you the space to share yours, through thought-provoking journal prompts and affirmations to empower you to rewrite your story. A reminder that you are light, you are loved and you are enough.
